Our algorithm rates all experiences and competencies of the candidates according to your entered job requirements. The results are then shown in a full list, comprising all candidates and their competence scores. You can then filter, sort and short-list candidates most interesting to you.
On the profile page all competences are revealed in detail. The individual scores are shown for all 7+1 competences. Additionally excerpts of important CV information such as places of study, top three employers and relevant past positions are summarized.
